Nowbridge is built on the principle of ‘see and be seen’ – you can only be seen by the people you can see. If your computer receives an image from a contact before that contact receives an image from you, it will appear grey until a mutual image exchange is established. If your contact is the first to receive an image from you, you will not see the grey image appear.
