If you can’t see a contact it could be because:
(a) you have not chosen to see and be seen by that person (you choose to see and be seen by a person in the contacts menu);
(b) the person does not have an account with Nowbridge;
(c) the person did not accept your invitation to become a contact;
(d) the person is not logged into Nowbridge;
(e) the person has paused Nowbridge;
(f) you or the other person has a problem connecting to the internet; or
(g) the person has not chosen to see and be seen by you.
